Build a Base RNG item odds, stats and crafting

The roll odds and stats the game prints itself, read frame by frame and published with the clip they came from — plus the full rarity ladder, crafting recipes and a roll calculator that already knows the rates.

No code system confirmed

The official game description makes no mention of codes, and no redemption box has appeared in any gameplay recording we have reviewed. Several sites publish code lists for this game anyway; none of the entries we checked resolved to anything. If a redemption box ships, it will be listed here with the date it was verified.

Updates

Updates and changing answers

Game facts, code status, and official links each have a dated entry so changes are easy to spot.

All updates

Guides, crafting screenshots, and item icons

Expanded guides to six articles with gameplay screenshots (beginner, controls, economy, crafting route, mutations, endgame). Crafting page now shows recipe screenshots and a fuller FAQ. Item database icons and stat cards were filled from a fresh video pass — roughly ninety objects with icons and twenty with measured stats.

Tsunami update

The game shipped an hourly event adding sea enemies and new weapons. No gameplay footage of the event exists yet, so nothing about its contents is published here — the item database and rarity ladder will be updated once the new weapons can actually be seen. The official description was updated the same day.

Second data pass

Added a sixth crafting recipe (Legendary plus Soda Relic), a fifth relic, a second wave-gated recipe at wave 75, nine more object icons cropped from the in-game index, and corrected shop pricing. Also recorded the 2x Boss Drops gamepass, which is the first solid pointer to where relics come from.

Core tools

Start here

The data pages first, because they are what the rest of the site is built on.

Guides

Guides

Written from the same readings as the rest of the site, so the advice comes with the numbers behind it — and with the screenshots they were read from.

Wiki coverage

Mechanics, verified one screen at a time

Each system gets its own page, built from what the game actually displays rather than from what other sites repeat. Numbers carry the recording they were read from; gaps are marked as gaps.

Source check

Where the numbers come from

This site publishes three kinds of value and labels which is which on the page itself. Nothing gets estimated to fill a gap.

Official

Game totals, developer, dates and the current update come from Roblox's own API and store description. These are quoted directly.

Observed

Roll odds, object stats, skill costs and crafting percentages were read frame by frame from public gameplay recordings. Every one records the clip it came from, and you can hover the badge on any page to see it.

Not yet observed

Two of the twelve rarity tiers have a confirmed colour but no confirmed name. Sixteen of twenty-one crafting recipes are unseen. Most objects have no stat card. All of that is left visibly blank — an empty field here means nobody has seen the number, not that it is small.

What we will not do

We do not publish a stat because it seems plausible, and we do not repeat a figure because other sites agree on it. The 7x Galaxy multiplier is the clearest example: it is widely quoted and does not match the 10.5x we measured on screen.

Community research

Recordings used

Roughly two hours of public gameplay from ten different players, reviewed frame by frame. Source tags across the site refer to these by their video id.

Primary

Full-guide recordings

Long-form guides where the creator opens the index, crafting machine and skill tree on camera. These produced most of the stat cards and skill costs.

Primary

Endgame base tours

Wave 500 to 870 recordings. These produced the high-tier rarity names, the endgame luck and offline figures, and the relic recipes.

Supporting

Roll-heavy recordings

Sessions with long uninterrupted rolling, which is where the odds table came from — the game prints '1 in N' on every roll.

FAQ

Quick answers

The questions people actually arrive with, answered from what the game displays.

What are the roll odds in Build a Base RNG?

The game prints them itself. Wood Block is 1 in 3, Cross Bow 1 in 15, Basic Cannon 1 in 30, Catapult 1 in 100, Metal Block 1 in 15,000, Metal Blockade 1 in 42,800. The item database has every rate we have confirmed.

How many rarities are there?

Twelve tiers. Eleven are confirmed by name: Basic, Rare, Refined, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Glorious, Primordial, Atomic, Divine and Lunatic. One has a confirmed colour but no confirmed name, and we list it by position rather than making one up.

Are there any working codes?

No code redemption has been confirmed for this game. The codes page tracks that status with the date it was last checked rather than listing codes that do not work.

How much stronger is a Galaxy object?

Measured on the one object we could compare directly, 10.5x the health and 20.1x the per-level growth — and it also raises the displayed rarity from Basic to Legendary. The widely quoted 7x figure does not match what the game shows.

Is this the official website?

No. It is an unofficial fan resource. Use the Roblox game page and the developer's own channels for anything account or purchase related.

Where do these numbers come from?

Game totals come from the Roblox API. Everything else was read frame by frame from public gameplay recordings, and each value on the site records the clip it came from. Where nothing has been seen, the field stays empty.
